Thanks for that! I was also referring to updating your iPad's firmware - make sure to give that an update!
 
We want to really get to the bottom of this issue but could use your help. Would you mind submitting another ticket from inside the app? This will send us additional diagnostics information. We do need you to RECREATE the issue before you submit the ticket. We need logs from the APP and from the SD card. From here we can send this information to our development team to review.  Please understand that the review process may take a few days.

1. Open the  
2. Connect to your MEVO Camera
3. Cause the issue to occur
4. Press the ellipsis then the cogwheel, and scroll down and press "Support" then "Submit a Problem or Suggestion"
5. Write us a short message with the error you got and your name
