Hello Crafters and Vendors,
This is Twyla Lindsey with Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church. I wanted to get a letter out to all of you regarding Spring 2024 Craft Fair. Since I am the main organizer for the event I wanted to let you know that I am deploying and will not be available to organize or run the event. We have a lot of new parents to our Youth Group and they were not comfortable at this time taking on the responsibility of organizing the event. We felt it was best that we did not sponsor or host the Spring 2024 Craft Fair. We did speak with the Sgt Bluff Community Center to see if they would be interested in hosting the show and they declined. Our hope is that by letting you know early about this, that you will be able to find some other Spring shows to attend. I believe the Dakota City Fire Dept is doing one in March. I’m not sure who the organizer is but you could contact the City of Dakota City and ask them as I’m sure they would know.
Our sincerest apologies go out to all of you for any inconvenience this causes you. We would like to express our gratitude to all of you for your constant support/participation in our shows.
Be sure to watch your mail this summer for the 2024 Fall Craft Show Registration packet. Our date for the fall show is Saturday, Nov 9, 2024 from 9AM to 2:30PM. We look forward to seeing you in the fall.
